nutritionOS Dairy Essentials Pack v0.9.0 (english)

nutritionOS Vegetarian / Dairy Expansion Pack is a base expansion for nutritionOS and builds on the free BasePantry.

It extends the existing pantry with vegetarian dairy-based protein and fat sources (milk, yogurt, quark, cheese, cream) and is intended for users who eat vegetarian diets and do not want to manually define foods or nutrition values.

nutritionOS works with explicit, file-based pantries.

When a preset is loaded, the system assumes that the listed foods are available and designs recipes accordingly.

This pack is not a diet product and does not make performance or health claims.

It provides structured food and nutrition data and expands the BasePantry with vegetarian options.

- Cream cheese, double cream
- Gouda cheese (48% fat in dry matter)
- Parmesan cheese
- Feta cheese
- Mozzarella
- Butter
- Whipping cream (30% fat)
- Crème fraîche (30% fat)

- When using a preset, nutritionOS assumes these foods are available.
